Lack of communication Simple enough oil change and tire rotation service. Maitenance. When I picked up the vehical I noticed that they flagged one of the tires for needing Simple enough oil change and tire rotation service. Maitenance. When I picked up the vehical I noticed that they flagged one of the tires for needing replacement. No call from the advisor - no notice from anyone except that I noticed! So I thought thier loss on a sale. The porter brought the car around and I jump in to drive away. The front end is whobbeling so bad I can barley drive it. Obviously due to the bad tire. So the tech must have felt it when it came off the rack. But no call and no report - just me noticing it on the report. I think I'll get my maintenace somewhere else. More

Warranty repair I took my car in on 6.19.19. When I picked up my car, I was told by my advisor, Jason, that he would need to verify that my warranty would cover the I took my car in on 6.19.19. When I picked up my car, I was told by my advisor, Jason, that he would need to verify that my warranty would cover the part and that he would be in touch to schedule repair as soon as he found out. He told me he was going to call as soon as I left that afternoon. Here it is, 7.8.19 and I still have not heard anything about scheduling an appointment to get my car repaired. Luckily for me, the warranty I purchased with my car allows me to take my vehicle elsewhere to have repairs done. And while it won’t mean anything to the Landers team, this review will be my last interaction with Steve Landers. More
