From initially looking (and communicating) online to “sealing the deal” in person for my CRV, Robin, Veronica, Bob, Michelle, and Becky remained customer focused and resourceful throughout. When a car purchase was my reality, Bob readily accommodated my work schedule to ensure that viewing and test driving the car(s) and transactional/transitional conversations successfully met my comfort zones. He was quick to support electronically via texts and emails, too. The dealership people are fine. The brand new 2026 Passport is falling short of expectations-insulation around doorframe falling off 3 weeks in, technology/radio engages at random,a The brand new 2026 Passport is falling short of expectations-insulation around doorframe falling off 3 weeks in, technology/radio engages at random,and now a humming noise when cargo is fully loaded. Facebook indicates others have the humming noise with cargo loaded too. Not worth the $46K investment with all these items happening within a few months of ownership. More
