Alecia personally was professional, attentive to my concerns and recommended services that were also needed. Alecia kept me advised of the status of how long the service would take, and offered me vesi concerns and recommended services that were also needed. I never knew how long the troubleshooting and repair would take. she called me several times providing updates on the status several times.
