The process of purchasing my mini-cooper (off of lease) was smooth and easy. The only hassle was the warranty process afterwards, where the salesman attempts to sell "bumper to bumper" coverage that doesn' was smooth and easy. The Ferman experience was pleasant, the warranty experience wasn't ideal, but that's often to be expected, right? More
