Mr. Howard was professional and friendly. However, the
seat in my car was lowered during service and when I asked him to raise it he said it wasn't possible in my car, that it was built "low to the ground

I called the next day and they said bring it in and they'd do it for me right away. It was a simple lever and was done in seconds. His information was wrong, which cost me time and discomfort (having to ride in a lowered seat - including adjusting windows, etc.)
Also, I came in for a windshield wiper reservoir that was leaking. It was fixed, but it had been already serviced before by the dealer and according to Mr. Howard it was done incorrectly. I don't think I should have to pay again for something that was supposed to have been address before but was done incorrectly, according to the technician who repaired it.
Not a good visit.
