What a great experience. I have purchased 6 vehicles from Anderson BMW/Mazda, I asked the GM Dan about getting a Toyota for a friend, he of course suggested Anderson Toyota. I have purchased 6 vehicles from Anderson BMW/Mazda, I asked the GM Dan about getting a Toyota for a friend, he of course suggested Anderson Toyota. Michelle from the BMW store offered to meet us in Loves Park. So the journey began. 90 minute drive to get there, we were greeted my Michelle and salesman Frank Bleers. Michelle introduced us to the GM and sales manager. A very friendly start. My friend wanted to look at cars and SUV's still unsure of what he wanted. We looked closely at 4 cars, then a Prius caught his eye (not on the list he was interested in). Well a test drive changed his mind. He found the car he wanted to replace his Chevy Volt. 2025 Prius Limited AWD in Midnight Black. Frank went over the car and its operation. I talked with the GM Frank Stout and got the price and trade-in price. All so easy and fair. Then with Business Manager Brandon, also very easy to work with, got the Cilajet and warranty. They prepped the car. What a great team to work with, made helping my friend buy his new car a very enjoyable experience for him and for me. I can highly recommend this dealership and all of the folks we worked with. Thank you for making my friends experience in buying his new car enjoyable, like it should be.
