Everyone in Service is always pleasant ot work with. Unfortunately dates available for service are always way far out. The only hiccup was when I was trying to get my pre-scheduled loaner car; since I was under 25, the loaner couldn't be put in my name. I had my father come out, we put it under his name, and we went on with our day. The loaner car was a higher trim, brand-new VW Atlas. The car was done ahead of schedule, later that day. They let us pick it up the morning after. So far, the windshield is holding up, all my systems are working fine, and the car is still in one piece—thumbs up for service. More
