Made an 2 pm appointment for the free maintanace for my 2024 Passport. Everyone that came after me got their car back and i was the only one left in the shop. Finally got the car at 4:30 pm. Maybe because the job on my car is no charge that is why they do it last? This is a brand new car with 4500 miles and it took them 2 and a half hours for oil change!
