Bad day turned into a great day! Unexpectedly needed a new vehicle due to an expensive repair that, in my opinion, should have been a recall for the N20 & N26 engines. Found myself in a precarious place with negative equity and nowhere to go except into another BMW. Feeling hopeless and stuck, I worked with Brian Pelletier in Service who got me in touch with Brian Gains, a seasoned professional who took great care of me. Worked the numbers so I was able to drive away in a few days in a new 2018 X1 with a great warranty including unlimited mileage. Erin in finance made the “drive day” even more pleasant.
