Lengthy Repair Time I am displeased with the amount of time it took for my vehicle to be properly diagnosed and repaired. My vehicle was brought into Ferman on 12/22/18. I am displeased with the amount of time it took for my vehicle to be properly diagnosed and repaired. My vehicle was brought into Ferman on 12/22/18. The vehicle was in service for 4 weeks total. I started calling the Manager after two weeks to ask why the lengthy repair time. It was apparent to me that my vehicle was not getting the attention needed to be diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. Once I called the service manager, and then the service director, the vehicle was ultimately repaired. I should not have had to be the one to put pressure on them to figure out what was wrong. I feel that the dealership should have done a much better job from the beginning in working on diagnosing my vehicle. I want to especially thank Stephanie at the service desk for her communication with me during the 4 week period. Stephanie did an excellent job keeping me posted on what was happening with my vehicle. The issue I have is not with Stephanie. Stephanie did the best she could under the circumstances. She was a true asset during this experience! More

Eliminated the vibration in drivetrain! Kyle, Cesar, and Brian worked with BMW engineers for months till they changed the back axles and now a smoorh ride. Didn't get the car I bought a 2019 BMW X5 on 12/15/2018. Here are all the issues I have: 1, I wanted a car from another dealer, Ferman didn't even know if they can ge I bought a 2019 BMW X5 on 12/15/2018. Here are all the issues I have: 1, I wanted a car from another dealer, Ferman didn't even know if they can get the car from that dealer and then they directly asked the deposit from me and "sold" the car. 2, After I accepted the new offer which is another BMW X5 with sport package, they told me there is something wrong with the system right after I signed everything, they told me the new car required to refresh the system and it will take two to three days. 3, And for now, it's almost 3 weeks, I still didn't get the car. 4, The replies are always slow and unclear. I requested the official report for the issue, but they just said there is something wrong with the control unit, it needs to be repaired or replaced. But there is no clear reason provided. 5, The loaner car they provided also have issues, the second day I got the car have a tire pressure alert, and then I went to their dealer service to inflate the tire and after a day, the alert comes again. I thought there is some sensor issue so I drove it for about 80 miles for holiday, but after I try to drive it the other morning, the pressure became very low, I found it was nailed and I assume the tire was nailed before I got it, 6, Again for the loaner car, I got a call from their service on 12/29 but missed the call. Receive another call on 12/30 saying the car's registration will expire on 1/1, so I told I can come if needed, but totally got no reply on 12/31 until around 5pm. Thanks Greg and Alex with the Model they gave for not being able to deliver my car. But I already paid 48k and the finance is still on going, I really want my car. More

They did the right thing! I purchased my 2013 X3 AS-IS from Ferman BMW in July 2018. Two months later I was faced with an engine that needed to be replaced. When I called Fer I purchased my 2013 X3 AS-IS from Ferman BMW in July 2018. Two months later I was faced with an engine that needed to be replaced. When I called Ferman BMW, Brian Pelletier didn't hesitate to do everything he could to help. I spoke with the GM, Bob Murray about my situation, he was empathetic & helped with this very expensive problem. They provided me with a loaner car for the entire time they had my car for repairs. I worked with Nick & Paul Scaglione to get me car back on the road. After being without my car for about a month, I picked her up today. This dealership had no obligation to help me with this issue. From day one, they owned the problem, worked with me & made a bad situation a little more bearable. This dealership has a client for life! More

Cooper & the i 8 My Salesperson is Kenny Russell. When we purchased our X1 he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was truly friendly. We had to purchase thi My Salesperson is Kenny Russell. When we purchased our X1 he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was truly friendly. We had to purchase this car from him we was that good. It's been almost 2 years since we made our purchase and could not be happier with the vehicle and when we need to purchase another car it will be through him and Ferman. Our grandson Cooper (6 years old) is on the Autism Spectrum and whenever we come, usually every other week or so (Cooper is a car guy) and loves BMW & Mini Coopers we are always treated with kindness and respect. A few weeks ago Cooper was having a conversation with the GM and he was so impressed with Cooper's knowledge of cars in general he gave him a model of an i8. Cooper immediately knew what it was and asked for a ride in an i8. Paul Scaglione heard of Cooper's request and made it happen this past Saturday. As Cooper entered the service area all the Service Reps and anyone who was there clapped as Cooper entered the i8 and had his ride. Today is Sunday and he is still telling everyone about his ride. Thank you very much Paul & Ferman BMW for making my grandson a very happy little guy and a customer for life. WOW you guys are more than a car dealership! More
