Brought 2024 F150 that is just over a year old for a recall 2=months ago. Was told they took pictures and needed to wait on parts. Finally after I reached out Brooks said to bring in for repair as well recall 2=months ago. Was told they took pictures and needed to wait on parts. Finally after I reached out Brooks said to bring in for repair as well as oil change. After 2 hours truck ready But took more pictures and maybe an axel is needed?? Will call when part arrives.. While I am pleased with the technical service provided, a technician was wearing very dirty footwear while driving our transit van/RV--leaving behind stains along the running board and the floor mat. Great service, but quite annoying with all of the surveys I have been blitzed with emails and text regarding my service. I responded initially and keep on getting them. Hopefully this is the end. I brought my truck in for an oil change and the camera recall, during the service the technician found the water pump had been leaking, I was informed of this and was told that it would be covered under w recall, during the service the technician found the water pump had been leaking, I was informed of this and was told that it would be covered under warranty but there weren't any in stock and it was being ordered. It took a couple of days for the repair to be completed. More
