This dealership is unequaled with integrity, support, sincerity and service. We have been with them since 2014. For this new purchase we traded in our 2015 Imprezza for the new 2019 Outback. Bruce from sales is a true professional and knowledgable of all the details from the product through the transaction. We consulted with Jennifer from service (as we always do as she is so AWEsome with her technical prowess), as she guided us with our focusing on the 2019 vs. waiting for the 2020 Outback. For our needs, the 2019 meets all our creature comforts, performance and safety criteria... so we did the deal! Each and every step, from dialog and experience through closure was fabulous. We HIGHLY recommend this dealer not only for purchasing a car, but for ongoing serve, which is also where the rubber meets the road! More

I was extremely reluctant to continue our car search after a terrible experience at a nearby dealer. But as soon as we walked in the door, the staff at Jacksonville Subaru made me feel welcome. A salesperson came up to us right away and pulled the car we were interested in to the front so we didnt have to do any searching around the lot. Bruce Holmes was the salesperson assigned to us and he was very helpful with all our questions through the test drive and after. He never made us feel pressured to buy and was very transparent with all the costs. We left with a great preowned car for my husband that we got for a great value. I cannot reccomend Subaru of Jacksonville more! More
