The service department is unmatched in knowledge and customer service. Unlike other dealerships in town I was never pressured to trade my car in for a Subaru. After experiencing many issues with my Terrain, during a service appointment with Steven, I started wondering the lot. I was helped by Bruce who had sold my mom her car. He was kind and knowledgeable. I came back the next day and was helped by Kim, as Bruce was out for the day. She was patient with me as I test drove different models and put them side by side so I could compare. She answered any question I had while never putting pressure to make a decision even after running the numbers. I came back the next day after sleeping on it ready to purchase. I have never felt more respected and cared about while purchasing a new car. There was no pressure, run around, or feeling I was being taken advantage of as a young single female doing the deal on my own. Each day I was there, although the dealership was extremely busy, all who helped to work the deal were attentive. Even Mr. Phil Porter stopped by to say hello and shake my hand.
