My experience with this dealer was terrible; 1) they quoted me over twice as much to complete the same repair as a very reputable company 2) I could by the parts from FordParts.com for nearly as half as quoted me over twice as much to complete the same repair as a very reputable company 2) I could by the parts from FordParts.com for nearly as half as their cost (compared exact part numbers with the tech) 3) We had to call them to check status on our vehicle for recall updates after they promised to call us back 4) I wrote a factual review on Google with exact numbers and because of this I was asked to not bring my vehicle back to their dealership. I was very surprised that a business would make a comment like this after a review. Especially since it was accurate with real pricing and was that I did not say anything out line. This really surprised me since I bought my last two vehicles (over $110K) from them. More

Firstly, Robin, who does scheduling, is by far the best person I’ve ever worked with to schedule ANYTHING. She really tries her best to squeeze us in on a tight schedule and is so patient and kind. Secondl person I’ve ever worked with to schedule ANYTHING. She really tries her best to squeeze us in on a tight schedule and is so patient and kind. Secondly, the service members are trustworthy and knowledgeable. I never feel like I, a female with minimal car knowledge, am taken advantage of. I, of course, always call my dad, who lives 800 miles away, for a second opinion and they’ve never let me down. We’ve purchased one vehicle from them, which was a good experience, but this review is really focusing on the service department. I will continue to take me vehicles (even the one not purchased there) to Mike Murphy. 10/10 More
