Caryn Gomez internet manager was terrible. Not answering e-mail questions for a day. Even when she responded it was not an answer nor was she paying attention to the information in the email. My experience with this dealership was beyond horrific. So much dishonesty and wrong doing. I was already pre-approved for financing before I reached out, gave Angelo my reference number and made it very c So much dishonesty and wrong doing. I was already pre-approved for financing before I reached out, gave Angelo my reference number and made it very clear they are only authorized to submit my credit application to the company I gave them. I received several inquiries to all 3 credit bureaus and when I tried to reach someone at the dealership everyone gave me the run around, and no one wanted to answer my calls. When I finally spoke with Caryn, she told me I was denied, which was a lie because I went and purchased the exact same vehicle at a different dealership with the same pre-approval. Even if they did receive a denial, no one from Lokey called to communicate or ask me if they could have authorization to continuously run or shop my credit application around to different lenders. Thank God I was able to still get the vehicle I wanted from the great dealership I found after this disaster. But this still does not make it ok for Lokey Nissan to do whatever and treat people however they feel like it and not correct their wrong doing. I am now struggling to get them to remove all of these unauthorized inquiries. I went into Lokey to speak with Christian the acquisition manager and wanted to make sure this matter was taken care of. He told me after their employee luncheon he would get with his Vice President and make sure I received an email with the letter I needed to submit the hard inquiries removal BUT it is the next day and I have yet to hear anything from anyone at this unprofessional dealership. Word of advice, STAY CLEAR FROM THEM. More

No one ever comes to work or answers the phone. Slow to complete paper work. Deceptive employee practices who tend to behave like juveniles.. After a month registration has not been sent. They did not wash complete paper work. Deceptive employee practices who tend to behave like juveniles.. After a month registration has not been sent. They did not wash car before it was delivered. The phone receptionist doesn’t have a clue as to who works where so you are transferred all over the place. General Manager was nice. Everything and everyone else is JUST LOUSY & LAZY! More
