I was happy with my experience until I realized I had been ripped off for my trade in. It was partially my own fault for not doing the research, but for them to make an initial trade in offer at $6000 be been ripped off for my trade in. It was partially my own fault for not doing the research, but for them to make an initial trade in offer at $6000 bellow Kelley Blue Book is complete disrespect. I ended up getting $5000 below KBB value for not doing my homework. More

They hit my car before I got to drive it off the lot. I had to debate for reparation & there’s still unaddressed damage. I have always been impressed with this dealership for it's service and their customer service. It's always clean and there is always coffee, cold drinks including water and snacks.
