I had been to two NY Toyota dealerships where I live. One was horrendous, treated me like I did not matter. I noticed that I was the only customer in the entire dealership and left. My son in law made some enquiries, found your dealership and had me call. I was greated with respect, a smile and appreciation from EVERY SINGLE person I spoke to. I felt so comfortable that I purchased a car, sight unseen! When I arrived at your dealership the first thing I noticed was many customers inside....immediately I felt better. Mark Stevens was so patient with this old lady, showed me everything on the car and helped me hook up my phone to the Toyota app.......amazing! Sohail Butt presented the paperwork in a way that I understood every single page I was signing. My experience, from Angela Jannetty, to CJ Marella, to Mark Stevens (who never left me) and finally to Sohail Butt, was excellent. I had no second thoughts on my 2 1/2 hour ride home. Was searching around for a New Tundra for a couple weeks and happened upon Toyota of Wallingford. Being an out of state dealer to me, I didn't have the time to head down and go through the back and forth. and happened upon Toyota of Wallingford. These people WILL hang you out to dry. We bought a vehicle from them back in July. Either way, Toyota refused to tell us the name of the third party when I wanted to hash it out with them. It's October and this problem has gone ignored since we bought the vehicle in July. Steve Lang ignored most of our texts we sent to try to get this resolved. He'll sell you a car then ignore you. C] Morella is unprofessional and difficult to deal with. He claims he's the head honcho, that they don't have a general manager or owner. This is a lie. He stated today that he refused to further help us with the third party, he talked over my wife then finally hung up on her. What is he? 3 years old. What kind of business hangs up on people. He went ballistic when my wife threatened a bad review. Horrible experience. Stay away. More
