I had a very poor experience buying a Jeep this weekend. Took 5 hours, team was not organized, employees blamed each other etc. Also deal was retraded on me and my wife several times. Best car buying experience that I have ever had in my 45 years of living and I have bought several cars! Every single person from my Salesman James on upward to managers like Caleb and DeVonte were professi years of living and I have bought several cars! Every single person from my Salesman James on upward to managers like Caleb and DeVonte were professional, courteous, respectful of my time and space to be able to determine whether I wanted to make a purchase. No one was pushy and from the time my family and I hit the door, we were welcomed and given extraordinary customer service! Additionally, the dealership itself is modern and immaculately clean. We felt at home there...like we were with family we've known forever. They were honest and transparent every step of my car buying experience which is very important to me. The process was smooth and timely. There's so much more that I can say about the Jerry Ulm dealership in Tampa and its' employees, but I have to digress. If you are interested purchasing a car, please don't walk but run to this dealer. You won't be disappointed and they work with you as best as they can to get you in the car you want. 20 out of 10 stars lol. 😁 More
