Poor staff and client experience. My car radio got damaged by them when I went there to do oil change. The dealership was telling they couldn’t fix the problem and that I should call My car radio got damaged by them when I went there to do oil change. The dealership was telling they couldn’t fix the problem and that I should call Toyota and let them know what is going on. I called Toyota myself and explained to them. Toyota told me they’ll contact the dealership and get back to me within 24 hours. I’m yet to hear back from them. Even with rental car the dealership was not willing to pay for it till my car is fixed. They were telling me I have to make a deposit of $35 which I had to seriously decline to do that, before they decided to pay for the rental. They only paid for 2 days and I’m hoping my car will be fixed by the end of the 2 days period. I’m not taking my vehicle there anymore for servicing and won’t recommend anyone to go there to service their vehicle. A friend of mine also said she had some issues with them in the past. More

Had my 2023 tacoma in for 15k maintenance it would have been very helpful to me if the service test would have went over everything that they did like checking my brakes and fluid levels etc. Instead just been very helpful to me if the service test would have went over everything that they did like checking my brakes and fluid levels etc. Instead just gave me a piece of paper and said have a good day. Very impersonal. I take my Acura to a Acura dealership and they go in to great detail about the service they performed. I would hope Toyota would do the same More

TOOK MY 2017 TACOMA IN FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, TIRE ROTATION, OIL CHANGE. WIPER REPLACEMENT, FLUIDS TOP OFF AND ENJOYED THE COFFEE AND BROWNIES IN THE WAITING AREA.
