I always find the staff to be very friendly and helpful during my visits. I love the updates they've made to the waiting area; the chairs are comfortable, and there are snacks and Wi-Fi available, which ma during my visits. Lately, the service has been mediocre. Went to check the proble with my TPMS and the girl was just like it's broken, 165.00 to do the diagnostic and change the broken piece. Then I went for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told I would pay 88.00 plus tax. When I checked out, it was a total of 108. And some change. What in the world! The live young man, told me it was because of the extra materials they used for everything. I'm not against paying for it but I was told 88.00 plus tax. I didn't know toyota had hidden fees. I was so upset, I left. Once I got in the car the maintenance required soon message came up. Also, no MPI was done at all. Ugh! More

The service was very poor. I came in for a routine car maintenance that should not take more than 30/45 minutes. I sat there for over 2/2.5 hours waiting for my car as other pe I came in for a routine car maintenance that should not take more than 30/45 minutes. I sat there for over 2/2.5 hours waiting for my car as other people that arrived well after me got their vehicles in a timely manner. I approached Caleb and he was very apologetic for the poor service. My car needed one more tire (the front left) to be rotated and instead of working on it, the maintenance staff was working on other cars that were there way after I had arrived. As I pulled out. my tire pressure was somehow a lot lower than when I arrived. Caleb came out and helped me figure out the issue. We discovered a massive screw on the inside of my front left tire. No one mentioned it to me after they had just rotated that same tire. This was something that should have been caught but yet, it was not. An overall frustrating and unacceptable experience. More
