Hit or miss, their appointment system is terrible. Getting a confirmation on scheduled maintenance takes at least 3 people for them to solidify anything. Worst car buying experience ever! The customer service was terrible. After working with the salesman all day long over email and text, we agreed on a price and when I came into to sign The customer service was terrible. When I explained that I had been working on a deal on this particular car they told me I needed to wait to see if the other guys was going to buy it first. I walked out! More
