The recall repair work was quick and easy. My only issue was trying to schedule the repair. My wife called to schedule an appointment at least 3 times, left a message, and never got a return c My only issue was trying to schedule the repair. My wife called to schedule an appointment at least 3 times, left a message, and never got a return call. I called twice before learning the part had to be ordered and was about a week out. Then, I had to call and find out if the part had been delivered. Good service, poor communication. More
