Excellent Experience at Ferman BMW I've had my F82 M4 at Ferman twice now, and both experiences have been very positive. The car was repaired correctly and quickly. I would like to personally call out Caesar for being a great service advisor. He was always very professional and he did whatever he could to keep me happy. A++ I'd also like to call out my service tech Kyle for taking to the time to explain what was going on. You could tell he was incredibly knowledgeable and truly cared about the customer. Definitely refreshing to see from a service tech. More

2nd time for a water pump replacement! I headed out to the dealership but never made it my X5 overheated needed a tow truck use my own AAA. Did get a loaner was repaired in a day however 7 I headed out to the dealership but never made it my X5 overheated needed a tow truck use my own AAA. Did get a loaner was repaired in a day however 7 months on a brand new water pump is unacceptable! Was never given a reason what exactly happened other than it died! More

Quick service My vehicle experienced an “engine malfunction” for a second time in a week and was towed in on a Sunday afternoon. Even though service was closed on S My vehicle experienced an “engine malfunction” for a second time in a week and was towed in on a Sunday afternoon. Even though service was closed on Sunday, Cesar put it into service as soon as he arrived back at the dealership Monday morning. He was able to get my car back to me the same day. But I will say I’m happy to have purchased an extended warranty. More

World Class Experience I come to this dealership to get all my service needs taken care of. Whether it be big or small, I trust them working on my vehicle. They always welco I come to this dealership to get all my service needs taken care of. Whether it be big or small, I trust them working on my vehicle. They always welcome me out of my car and treat me with the utmost respect. My particular service advisor is Cesar and he goes above and beyond for my needs. He builds a relationship with his clients which makes us only want to work with him. The way the service advisors and techs do their business you can blatantly tell that this dealership cares about their customers and we are their #1 priority. I live about 50 miles away from this dealership and have one here locally where I live. I go out of my way just to have Cesar and this dealership take care of my needs. That goes to show you that they have my business for life. More

Awesome When my last oil change was completed, I was informed that I might see a oil leak under the car due to a faulty oil pan gasket. Within the next two we When my last oil change was completed, I was informed that I might see a oil leak under the car due to a faulty oil pan gasket. Within the next two weeks I noticed oil spots under the car. I talked with Mr. Cesar and the next day my car was in for repair. Awesome service. I would recommend Ferman BMW in Palm Harbor FL , to anyone. More
