Jackson Acura was an amazing experience. My wife purchased a vehicle from there 3 years ago and was unfortunately in an accident a few months ago. When asked where she wanted to get her next My wife purchased a vehicle from there 3 years ago and was unfortunately in an accident a few months ago. When asked where she wanted to get her next car from without hesitation she said Jackson Acura. We spoke with Chege and he help find her another vehicle that was to her satisfaction. The customer service and experience was so amazing I went back a week later and purchased a vehicle for myself. Chege and Joey were amazing and pleasant to work with. Our Salesman (CM) was great and so was the business manager. we love our “New to Us” vehicle. It was a very fair price. My only complaint was that it took awhile to prepare the paperwork. I felt like manager. we love our “New to Us” vehicle. It was a very fair price. My only complaint was that it took awhile to prepare the paperwork. I felt like our salesman tried his best to speed up the process because we had a 3 hour drive home back to Knoxville. I would definitely recommend Jackson Acura as I feel they are honest and professional, which is rare in the car business. More
