This dealership attempted to fix my vehicle 3 times, last time being Dec 2025 and could not. Told me there is nothing that can be done and no bulletins or recalls from GM. Went to another dealership and the time being Dec 2025 and could not. Told me there is nothing that can be done and no bulletins or recalls from GM. Went to another dealership and the found a bulletin dated 10/2025 in 5 minutes of me explaining the issue and truck is fixed. More

The number 1 reason I go to Mark Christopher for service is Chelsea. I live 10 minutes from another Cadillac dealer but drive 30-45 minutes because I know with Chelsea the service will be excellent. Chelsea was super helpful and went out of her way to make sure all my issues were fixed in a timely manner. She always kept me up to date on my vehicle status. Chelsea is an excellent service advisor. I arrive for my appointment and in short order my vehicle is properly serviced and I am on my way. She also helped get my dash electronics back to I arrive for my appointment and in short order my vehicle is properly serviced and I am on my way. Chelsea Jose continues to be outstanding. Although I am very frustrated with my Hummer, her professionalism and explainations have helped alleviate my concerns. MC Auto Center is a great company, but this experince with the Hummer has been a big disappointment. I have case # (84748966) hoping that GMC and MC Auto Center will help resolve this matter expeditiously. I want to continue to be a loyal GMC customer, so I hope this experince will allow that to conitnue. If I remain with GMC it will be due to Chelsea Jose's continued service to me over the years and the fact that MC Auto Center will help resolve this matter fairly. More
