Chelsea is an excellent service advisor. I arrive for my appointment and in short order my vehicle is properly serviced and I am on my way. Chelsea Jose continues to be outstanding. Although I am very frustrated with my Hummer, her professionalism and explainations have helped alleviate my concerns. MC Auto Center is a great company, but this experince with the Hummer has been a big disappointment. I have case # (84748966) hoping that GMC and MC Auto Center will help resolve this matter expeditiously. I want to continue to be a loyal GMC customer, so I hope this experince will allow that to conitnue. If I remain with GMC it will be due to Chelsea Jose's continued service to me over the years and the fact that MC Auto Center will help resolve this matter fairly. More
