Feliks was a superstar! He was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to assist us without pressure, including staying after hours to get the deal done. Chris was also very personable and incredibly efficient with all the paperwork. We showed up around 5:30 pm and in under 2 hours we drove off the lot with a new car. What an amazingly pleasant experience with Charlie, buying my first ever Honda ! He is super courteous, respectful and a pleasure to work with. We were actually a little shocked when we were told, "You buying my first ever Honda ! He is super courteous, respectful and a pleasure to work with. We were actually a little shocked when we were told, "You're all done, here are your new car keys"! :)) The in and out overall process at this dealership is so fast, it was worth the hour long drive from home. This is the only dealership in about the 7 we visited in NJ, that charged NO EXTRA fees and sold the car to us at it's value. This dealership and Charlie.... we would highly recommend for any Honda purchases. More
