The Assistant Service Manager immediately wrote a repair order for my SUV and assured me he could work me in. I know the game, I’ve been an ASM. Usually takes longer. I was also 1,200 miles overdue for an oil change and tire rotation so I asked if those could also be accomplished - and if not I fully understand d and will bring it back at a more conducive time. Much to my amazement, all 3 immediate needs were taken care of and the total wait time was about the normal one would expect: an hour and a half between showing up and driving away. This was very appreciated and I will be returning after this positive experience! More
