They also tell you to lie to the bank they get you approved with about how you pay your down payment. They often deal in "Hold Checks" but tell you when you talk to the bank to tell them you paid the whole amount upfront. We have filed paperwork with our Circuit Court, filed a complaint with the FTC, as well as contacted the Attorney General's office. Stay AWAY from McCluskey. More

Will tell you anything to sell you a car. Was told last July when I purchased my vehicle that to come back in a year and the would refinance my loan in order to lower my monthly payment. When I returned this week they said because the car had over 100,000 miles they could not refinance, (the car had over 90,000 miles when I purchased it) . I am a person that holds people to their word. This just proves that the sales and finance people working at this dealership have no integrity and I will take my future business somewhere else. More

I was raised to treat people right and with respect and you recieve that back obviously no morals taught there.my problem is 2016 chevy cruze with leak and water rolling around in my brand new car and recall on battery. Oh mighty mclusky could not even get me in for service so that big beautiful building and all your special things in your show room doesnot mean anything if you cant treat your customers right. I called the dealership to set up an appointment. They got Ken Frakes on the phone with me. He was very easy to talk with and had a good sense of humor which put me at ease very quickly. He asked me all the pertinent questions and listened to what we were looking for. this was confirmed when we met the same evening and he had the exact car we were hoping for sitting out front already warming up in the cold weather. We were a little early and he was already prepared and had a sign with our name on it in his hand! such a welcome! We took a test drive in the car which had the exact "white pearlish" exterior color and gray interior color along with the specs that we requested (most important was electric driver seat adjustments and sunroof). We already studied the engine/mechanics of the 4cyl that we wanted, so that was already established before the appointment. I was impressed with Ken's close attention to detail and staying within the price range that I requested without trying to oversell me on an increased price. I had no buyers remorse!! Ken worked with the manager, Dave Anderson, to get us the right price and deal that was very satisfactory to us. Dave was firm but flexible enough to make things work for us concerning payments. We felt confident in our dealings with Dave and the final results. Ken was very courteous to me and my wife during the whole process... offering coffee, etc while we were waiting and working out the arrangements. We have had a couple questions since buying the car and Ken has been very responsive to my e-mails. Chris Hacker, the business manager, was also very fast and efficient in doing all the necessary paperwork and going over any issues or options with us for things like gap insurance. It was getting late and she was busy, but handled things great for us. We had a trip planned out of town for the weekend and our new Chevy Malibu was a real joy to ride as we got to test some of the cool features including OnStar and XM radio. We were impressed with the smooth ride and pick up and passing capabilities and climbing hills for a 4 cylinder car. We would highly recommend Ken and the team at McCluskey Chevrolet to our friends or anyone we know who needs a great car car with the right price and special team service!
