It was worth my drive from Detroit to pursue a new vehicle. I really appreciate the pleasant, friendly, and positive environment upon entering the dealership. ] I believe this dealership stands out because of the seamless and hassle free process they create in getting customers out of upside down leases and in to new vehicles. Their commercial isn't just talk, they really are experts with difficult cases and make decisions that aren't purely motivated for the purpose of just the sale. The manager Herb advocated for the best deal for me and saved me so much money with rebates, I am still shocked that I literally put 0 money down and drove away today in a 2019 Kia Optima!!! My Kia Consultant, not salesperson, Chris Manns, was the most professional person I've seen yet in the dealership business. That is saying a lot seeing that this is not my first car purchase, I've had many. It hard to believe he has not been at this long, he is a true natural. He was extremely patient with me and my situation and even went the extra mile to work out such a deal that I had no idea the afternoon I drove in that I would be leaving my 2015, and driving away in a 2019, Awesome!!!
