Mr. Diaz was very good. Overall good dealership. Tried to purchase my vehicle from this dealership first, but sales personnel would not sell a vehicle registered in Montana. Not sure why. This dealership has the worst communication with customer service my truck has been in the shop for a whole month in and out Christian is the one responsible for this mess I have tried reaching out to them w service my truck has been in the shop for a whole month in and out Christian is the one responsible for this mess I have tried reaching out to them with no answers of what the issue is with my truck I would stay away from this place I you want headaches stay away and go to a actual shop that are more professional and do job right I spoke with Frank and after going around with answers he said he’s finally is going to do something about it but we’re the ones that we had to be on top of them is very difficult to find answers in this place please stay away go some place else this place is no good More

I had a disappointing experience with the service department at MacHaik Chevrolet. Our 2022 Tahoe was in their shop for nearly two weeks due to a faulty water pump that needed replacement under w department at MacHaik Chevrolet. Our 2022 Tahoe was in their shop for nearly two weeks due to a faulty water pump that needed replacement under warranty. While I appreciated the loaner vehicle they provided, the overall experience was frustrating. When we finally got our Tahoe back, it had a check engine light on and low tire pressure—issues that should have been caught before returning the car to us. We had to bring the vehicle back again, which added even more inconvenience, requiring us to rearrange our work schedules and juggle drop-offs while managing our kids. After further inspection, we were told the "new" check engine light was due to a failing battery, and the low tire pressure was from worn tires. What started as a warranty repair ended with a $2,000 bill for a new battery and tires—an expense we hadn’t planned for. What made the experience worse was the lack of any meaningful effort to make things right. Despite the oversight on their part, the service rep could only offer free oil changes—something that, if you’ve ever had an oil change at MacHaik, can take hours. I also found it frustrating that the rep repeatedly emphasized how they do "quality" work while directly asking me to leave a positive review—which felt inappropriate given the situation. In my opinion, this service center is overwhelmed, and customer satisfaction is not a priority. More
