I've brought my car in for oil changes since purchasing it from them in 2023. I didn’t notice any issues until recently after having a service done, an issue started to arise. When I raised my concerns, no real resolution was offered; instead, I was met with deflection and gaslighting. Be very cautious with this service center. Always double-check the work performed and ask to see the old parts. The experience felt untrustworthy, they didn’t even verify my receipts with my personal information. They don't seem to care to help after you've purchased your car from them. Phillips Chevy claims to stand by their service for 90 days and it's all over their receipt's they "guarantee" service but they provided no support when it mattered. 👎🏻 More

Service was smooth! Just oil/rotate. Had a question about my other car that might need service Dan listened and put me in touch with Mike who worked at their Hyundai Deal Just oil/rotate. Mike was awesome and checked into my issue by calling his contacts at their other location. Very nice of them. Dan is always great, if there's ever a problem he will make it right. Christine was helpful, got me some tire quotes and rebate prices since i need them soon. Always drop in to see my old pal Anthony M who i purchased several cars from in his sales days.
