I started working at Klaben when I was 16 years old, answering phones and filing paperwork. Throughout my high school and college years, I took on various roles at the dealership which helped to expand my knowledge and understanding of the business. I started working in the Finance Department at the age of 23, while completing my MBA at the University of Akron. I had a strong curiosity and interest in Finance, mostly because of my love for working with people and numbers. I worked as a Finance Manager for 19 years, and transitioned to the role of Sales Manager in August 2021. I am proud to work for a company that grounds itself in customer loyalty and satisfaction and have enjoyed the relationships I have built with several of my customers over the years.

Recently my wife and I both purchased cars at Klaben. Our salesman was Chris Moldas, he was great. Honest, calm, friendly, helpful answered all of our questions and we changed directions numerous times d Our salesman was Chris Moldas, he was great. Honest, calm, friendly, helpful answered all of our questions and we changed directions numerous times during the process and really were a handful but he stayed focused and helped us through the deal. Justin Fisher in finance was awesome as well. Do yo our multiple changes brother time we got to him it was TWO HOURS after closing and he handled it like it was 10am. No pressure, no stress just calm thorough explanations and friendly conversations, That was very appreciated as we had been there for some time at that point. Our overall expiration was truly 5-star! More

My husband and I both recently purchased a vehicle from Klaben. We considered several vehicles and different options and our salesman, Chris Moldas was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and a pleasure to work with. We also worked with Justin Fisher in finance and even though he had to stay after hours to finish up our paperwork he was so pleasant and patient. He took the time to make sure that we understood all the paperwork. Christine Klaben also jumped in to help with some of the paperwork when she really didn't have to. Our experience with this dealership and the staff was great and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. More

I called Klaben Ford to schedule an appointment for a works package. I spoke with Christine, who set me up with a convenient appointment at my home.
