I started working at Klaben when I was 16 years old, answering phones and filing paperwork. Throughout my high school and college years, I took on various roles at the dealership which helped to expand my knowledge and understanding of the business. I started working in the Finance Department at the age of 23, while completing my MBA at the University of Akron. I had a strong curiosity and interest in Finance, mostly because of my love for working with people and numbers. I worked as a Finance Manager for 19 years, and transitioned to the role of Sales Manager in August 2021. I am proud to work for a company that grounds itself in customer loyalty and satisfaction and have enjoyed the relationships I have built with several of my customers over the years.

I cannot say enough goods things about this dealership. I am 64 and have bought many cars over the years. I hated walking into any dealership as a single woman because I was always treated like an inexperi I am 64 and have bought many cars over the years. I hated walking into any dealership as a single woman because I was always treated like an inexperienced car buyer. Buying a car was not a good experience. Now, I believe I have found the best car buying experience ever at Klaben in Kent, Ohio. They do not jack up prices, they have availability of cars, the nicest and knowledgeable sales specialists, plus I do not have to put money down to hold a car or special order. OMG, I would definitely check out this dealership for Fords, Lincoln and used vehicles. More

I had never bought a new car before and everyone I know who had, said it is not an exciting or easy process, but Branden had helped me from the very beginning and made the process fun and exciting. He kept who had, said it is not an exciting or easy process, but Branden had helped me from the very beginning and made the process fun and exciting. He kept me updated throughout the past 4 months on the build of the car, shipping and arrival. Doug came over to show me all the tricks and ways to taking the soft top off and made it all look really east and not something to stress over. Denise was so nice and had made everything made sense when it came to signing papers and choosing maintenance plans. She was so nice and consistently had a smile on her face. Everyone I had talked to was so nice and helpful. I am so fortunate to have had the perfect group of people to get a new car with. Branden Johnson, Doug Lewin and Denise Miller made me feel good about getting my first car. They all had told me to reach out anytime with questions. THEY are what made everything smooth sailing. OUTSTANDING! !!! This is my 2nd purchase at this dealership and I can’t even put in words the great experience I had the review would be to long! If I could giv !!!
