I started working at Klaben when I was 16 years old, answering phones and filing paperwork. Throughout my high school and college years, I took on various roles at the dealership which helped to expand my knowledge and understanding of the business. I started working in the Finance Department at the age of 23, while completing my MBA at the University of Akron. I had a strong curiosity and interest in Finance, mostly because of my love for working with people and numbers. I worked as a Finance Manager for 19 years, and transitioned to the role of Sales Manager in August 2021. I am proud to work for a company that grounds itself in customer loyalty and satisfaction and have enjoyed the relationships I have built with several of my customers over the years.

My overall experience was great with this dealership! I am from out of state and needed to find a new car when my lease was up. I went in a month early to get the processing going and they said I could p I am from out of state and needed to find a new car when my lease was up. I went in a month early to get the processing going and they said I could pick something up the same day! I ended up getting a great deal on a Lincoln and they helped me with every step of the way in transitioning my lease. Everyone was super friendly also, specifically Scott and David. My license plate tags were also expired and they handled everything and mailed me my new tags. From applying for the lease loan, signing the leasing papers and finalizing the payment paperwork, they explained everything in a way I could understand. I was highly recommended this dealership to anyone! More
