I started working at Klaben when I was 16 years old, answering phones and filing paperwork. Throughout my high school and college years, I took on various roles at the dealership which helped to expand my knowledge and understanding of the business. I started working in the Finance Department at the age of 23, while completing my MBA at the University of Akron. I had a strong curiosity and interest in Finance, mostly because of my love for working with people and numbers. I worked as a Finance Manager for 19 years, and transitioned to the role of Sales Manager in August 2021. I am proud to work for a company that grounds itself in customer loyalty and satisfaction and have enjoyed the relationships I have built with several of my customers over the years.

Well my boys truck died and needed to find a in expensive car for college.What great time for this to happen. So went up to see chris Moldas (Awesomeness Maximus) well he didn’t tell me he was now off on Fri car for college.What great time for this to happen. So went up to see chris Moldas (Awesomeness Maximus) well he didn’t tell me he was now off on Friday. So I saw my man Tim Sterling. He helped out great helped us find a ecosport. Needed to wait for momma to give stamp of approval so we went in a Saturday where both Chris and Tim had costumers but both where able to take care of what we needed two swell guys. We got to talk with Christine Klaben about price because the Klaben’s have treated us like family over 20 years and she wanted to help us as much as they could. My wife and have been buying cars a trucks from Klaben for 25 years that’s how good they treat there customers or should I say family. Denise in finance was wonderful made everything quick and easy. Oh I have to give a shout to Mike Brandvold in service whom always gives great advice before and after we buy. Also it was great Mr. Klaben stop to say high. More
