Waited in the lobby for 2 hrs before I was taken care of. A lobby full of sales men and everyone was sitting around laughing and talking on their phones. Once we did have someone helping us the rest of the process seemed extremely unorganized. I called the day before to have all of the info ready for them when I arrived the next day like the gentleman told me it would be over the phone. And that was not the case. 4 hours In the dealership to buy out my lease is insane. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any dealership. They do not value customer service what so ever. It is a shame, I will not be returning here for any business in the future. More

The manager of this dealership is allowing a finance person to scam you by saying you have to purchase a maintenance package to get the financing and reality is you don’t have to purchase it.He told me person to scam you by saying you have to purchase a maintenance package to get the financing and reality is you don’t have to purchase it.He told me and my wife that we had to purchase a five year maintenance for $599 and did not give us a copy of it When we got home the page that had the$599 for the maintenance plan was missing I call the dealership and told them we wanted a copy of the page that was missingWe had to return to the dealership the next day to get a copy.That’s when We found out that we did not have to purchase it and it was only for three years.We asked for it to be canceled on May 15 and correct the car payment in the financing and we are still waiting.No reputable dealership would allow this to happen.If we had not gone back and requested a copy we would gone on thinking that we had a five year maintenance plan that we had to purchase and four years from now we would find out that did not have a five year maintenance plan and the person responsible no longer works there This dealership should not allow this to happen because other people may be getting deceived also maybe he was taking advantage of us because we’re senior citizens and thought we would catch on I feel this is illegal it should be stopped we were not presented a copy of the maintenance plan at the time of financing you have to be able to trust the person doing your financing and in this dealership you can’t we trusted him because we purchased a car from this dealership in 2019 and assumed everyone was honest in their finance department.We we’re wrong More people should be informed of what’s going on at this dealership and if they deceive enough people I think they will probably legal action against them More
