I dropped off my car on Monday for a check engine light being on. I was told by service advisor Chris Williams that they won’t be able to look into it until the next day, Tuesday, which was fine with me. being on. I texted Chris on Tuesday asking him for an update and he told me that he would not know till end of day. I did tell him that I had travel plans and knowing my car repair status was time sensitive. I never got an update and had to text Chris again at end of day on Tuesday at which point he told me they will not look into my car until Thursday. Again I had to text him on Thursday morning at which point they finally proceeded to look into my car. To top off the bad customer service after a 4 day keeping my car there they proceeded to tell me that a “defective warranty covered” radiator vent that needed to be changed was allegedly impacted which is impossible since it’s behind my grill which was not “Impacted” or damaged. So they claimed that the defective part is not covered by BMW warranty. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional! Especially for a BMW dealership. I will never go back there again. Plenty of other BMW dealerships available to service my car and purchase my future BMW from. More

I think your wait times on simple tasks should be prioritized better. 2 hrs for an oil change 2 hours to change a tire Should be techs designated for big jobs and others for smaller There are t prioritized better. 2 hrs for an oil change 2 hours to change a tire Should be techs designated for big jobs and others for smaller There are too many people in there not doing much. Place is wasting a ton of money on people working not doing anything. More
