I took my car in because I found the issue they couldn’t find the last 3 times. When I went back to pick up my car, the car was in the worst condition with noises that were not their before and the part tha find the last 3 times. When I went back to pick up my car, the car was in the worst condition with noises that were not their before and the part that needed fixing was almost falling apart. The mechanic obviously did something wrong and both the service manager and store manager was rude and said your car is just old (it’s a 2010 in great condition until I hit a pot hole) and the mechanic didn’t do anything. That was the worst service ever. Both managers did nothing to help and made my vehicle worse and then told me If I want it fixed, it’s $7,000. They are the worst!!!! Scam artist. They break your car so that you have no choice but to spend crazy money with them. Now I have no transportation because I am scared to drive my car with the pound noise coming out of it. More
