I used the "buy online" option from the dealer's website. After submitting the form, I was contacted by Jason via phone to discuss the available stock. My actual time at the dealership was about an hour, including signing the paperwork and picking up the vehicle. All quoted numbers were unchanged; in fact, I ultimately paid a bit less than I agreed to. I worked with Lucas, who was helpful and provided answers to my questions, and an overview of Flood's included service bonuses. Everyone was personable and professional—s-tier soft skills. When I returned to have the permanent plates put on, they had no issue when I asked not to add the dealer plate frame, since I'd been stopped for having one previously. (Thanks, cops.) 10/10, would recommend. More

In my new car search over the last few months, I went to at least five different dealerships. The service I received at Flood Mazda was by far the best out of the dealerships that I went to. The experience overall wasn't bad, but the final sale process was very rushed. I wish the salesman had taken the time to go over the details of the vehicle so I better understood what I was getting.
