My actual time at the dealership was about an hour, including signing the paperwork and picking up the vehicle. All quoted numbers were unchanged; in fact, I ultimately paid a bit less than I agreed to. I worked with Lucas, who was helpful and provided answers to my questions, and an overview of Flood's included service bonuses. Everyone was personable and professional—s-tier soft skills. When I returned to have the permanent plates put on, they had no issue when I asked not to add the dealer plate frame, since I'd been stopped for having one previously. (Thanks, cops.) 10/10, would recommend. More
