I have been a customer of this dealership for 10 years. They have just lost my business. Brought my car in for a routine oil change first thing today and they never completed the service! Advisor can't even tell me if I will have my car tomorrow - on Christmas! Cosmo is completely unprofessional and rude. This seems to be standard procedure for Rallye - my last appointment was just for NYS inspection took 7 hours. Totally done being left stranded and guessing by this incompetence! More

This dealership was very helpful in assisting with servicing my car. My service provider was prompt, professional and efficient. It took 10 minutes to bring in my car tell my service provider what I servicing my car. My service provider was prompt, professional and efficient. I left my car for simple oil and fluid maintenance. When I got my car back the 3ngibe light was on but I had no option to speak to anybody and had to driv3 the car for more than 2 weeks before they eve When I got my car back the 3ngibe light was on but I had no option to speak to anybody and had to driv3 the car for more than 2 weeks before they even look at the car. I have watched this dealership, get worse and worse over the years, buying three cars from them, servicing them there. Even as a loyal customer they gouge you for service. Towards the end, they were relega the years, buying three cars from them, servicing them there. Even as a loyal customer they gouge you for service. Towards the end, they were relegated to just oil changes like a glorified Jiffy Lube to me. That’s a shame considering how good the service used to be. Last visit they wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars just to tell me what the malfunction message was for. Just to tell me what it was for! No thanks. I just traded it in for an Audi. You guys need to reevaluate your policies on customer care and remember why people buy a BMW to begin with. More
