In fact, when we decided to have the car fixed elsewhere because of the exorbitant quote, they tried to charge my elderly parents 3x the amount of the diagnostic fee -- saying they had done work, which apparently is untrue, but regardless would have been unapproved. Sadly, I had stopped going to that dealership for repairs a while back because of a feeling of them trying to take advantage of me. Even dating back to my purchase, they "accidentally" put roughly $1,000 extra in what I owed until a caught it. More

I had my car towed in for a flat tire. I was told the next day that it would be ready tomorrow. I was told there were no loaners available so I decided to just wait on it. Tomorrow comes a I was told the next day that it would be ready tomorrow. I was told there were no loaners available so I decided to just wait on it. Tomorrow comes and I am told that the tire has not arrived and will be here the following day. The next day comes and they tell me the same thing. The next day comes and I was told again that the tire was not delivered. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that the tire is difficult to get because it is not standard for BMWs and I would have to wait. I asked if I could get a loaner and they told me they do not have any available. I asked if there was any compensation for the fact that I’ve been taking Ubers to work everyday for about 5 days straight, totaling over $600 after being told several times I would have my car sooner. I was told they cannot provide that. Neither the service advisor or service manager seemed interested in doing anything besides the bare minimum. Finally after the weekend, I received a notification that my car was ready. I understand that some parts just cannot arrive in time, but it should’ve been something mentioned upfront so I could’ve explored my options. My own tire shop could’ve gotten me the tire next day for a better price. Would not recommend this service center. More
