Used Car Review After looking at a used car on-line I submitted a question to Will of Internet Sales. He contacted me promptly and answered all questions. We agreed on a date for me to come up to Summit Place and he put me in touch with Costa of sales. The Used Kia Cadenza I was interested in was parked outside and cleaned up. After I inspected the car "which looked new" other than a slight imperfection in the front left bumper we went inside to negotiate. After requesting the imperfection be removed, which Costa and his manager (John O'Connor) agreed to, we discussed price. I made an offer which was fair in my opinion (under the list price) and was apparently fair to Kia as it was accepted. Costa handled the paperwork and I picked up the car on 12/19. The buying process was smooth with no hitches. Costa and Will both did a phenomenal job as well as John who looked at the imperfection and agreed immediately it should be fixed before selling the car. I have no complaints with the used car buying process at Summit Place and would definitely recommend it to anyone considering a used or new car. More

I felt welcome from the moment I stepped foot in the door. I had originally leased a 2017 Kia Forte and it was an amazing vehicle. I had run into a bit of trouble with my miles and running the possibility of going over miles with the amount of traveling that I do for work. I came into the dealership on 12/11/2018 to see if there was anything that could be done to get me out of the current lease that I was in otherwise if I had gone over the miles I would have been stuck paying all of those fees in overages and that was something that I did not want to have to deal with. My sales guy Costa had taken care of me when I had originally leased my Forte and I was very excited to have him again as my sales guy. He is very knowledgeable and showed genuine interest and cared about the situation that I was in. I came to him asking for help to see if there was anything that could be done and sure enough I got my answer. That same day I walked out of the dealership with a brand new 2019 Kia Soul. Costa worked really hard to cut me the best possible deal that he could and I cannot express enough how much I appreciated the amount of time and effort that he went through to get me the best deal possible. I can’t say enough good things about him and everyone who is there. They are all outstanding and without their help I would have been stuck paying huge amounts of money on my old lease. I appreciate every single person that works there and would always recommend Summit Place Kia to anyone with whatever their situation might be. More

I had found a specific vehicle online and made a call. I spoke with Jordan on the phone and he was also very helpful and professional. Jordan also came up to introduce himself while I was in the showroom waiting on the car. I bought a used 2018 Sportage, the vehicle was being used as an employee car and it needed to be cleaned from the usage. I would say my only issue was the car wasn't completely clean when I was given it. There were personal things left in the car, nothing of importance but getting a new car with things left in it was disappointing. Costa was very friendly and made the process easy and painless. My wife also owns a Kia and we will be customers for our next vehicles in the future. More
