We requested a Spanish speaker since we had an inquiry on a truck and they directed us to him. We were excited (since we were ready to buy) and he was being short and with an attitude. We asked for his name a truck and they directed us to him. We were excited (since we were ready to buy) and he was being short and with an attitude. We asked for his name and he refused to give it to us, we had to research to find who we spoke to. We called to clarify the price of a Tundra, since there were different prices on the website and he wasn’t telling us which price was the actual one. Then he raised his voice and said “are you going to buy yes or no? tell me yes or no?” (all in Spanish), for which we said “what??” And he immediately hung up the phone. We called back and asked for a different associate and told them about the situation. This situation is really upsetting and thought to let other non-english speakers to not let themselves be pushed by individuals like him. This happened at 11:45am on 4/19/25 More

Everyone was so polite and professional he told me what I need done he also said if my tires does not need to be rotated. They won’t rotate them and I won’t be charged for that.. he told me when I needed to need done he also said if my tires does not need to be rotated.
