Though I didn't necessarily intend to work with three salespeople at Tucson Subaru, it turned out that way because of my schedule, and I'm glad it did because Joe Micoletti, Julio Maldonado, and Deborah salespeople at Tucson Subaru, it turned out that way because of my schedule, and I'm glad it did because Joe Micoletti, Julio Maldonado, and Deborah Bravo were all so great to work with! I couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism, friendliness, efficiency, and expediency when it came to helping me find and purchase my 2024 Subaru Forester Sport. In all, I test drove five vehicles--four different models--because I just wasn't sure initially which Subaru I wanted. (In the past I've owned an Outback and Forester, though not recently.) They were always eager to help me find the right fit, help me understand the ins and outs of each vehicle, and work with (and without, as it finally turned out) my trade-in. I realize that's their job, but Joe, Julio, and Debbie really went above and beyond, making it easy--along with the deal I got on the Forester--to purchase a vehicle from Tucson Subaru. I was also really pleased when, on my first (of many) visits to test drive a car, sales manager Curt McHenry popped out to say hello, remembering me from my Forester lease back in 2015. So, big kudos and thanks to Joe, Julio, and Debbie at Tucson Subaru--and Tucson Subaru overall. More

I am a loyal Subaru customer since 1995 when I got my first just before graduating from professional school. Every time I have gone to buy a new car (its only been 3 in 29 years, lol), Subaru always com first just before graduating from professional school. Every time I have gone to buy a new car (its only been 3 in 29 years, lol), Subaru always comes out on top, whether its new or used, and for every reason. This time, salesperson Kevin McDougal substituted for Jack and he was every bit as easy and informative and supportive as Jack was on my last purchase. He was outstanding. I have also used the service department for all my cars. They do a standup job as well, no matter who I am working with. I am so grateful to know I will always be taken care of like a VIP at Tucson Subaru. I do love Tucson Subaru and would give 10 stars if that was possible! More
