This time, bought Subaru 2015 certified pre-owned Outback. Initially they were firm on price. They have shown all the background and service records of the car to prove their point. On my insistence, they have reduced by another few hundred dollars and it was a deal. 2 weeks after taking delivery, there was cranking sound underneath the car. Took it to dealership after sharing the video. They spotted and repaired free of cost. They even washed the car before delivery. It was a minor issue due to a loose nut which could be fixed easily. Dan Cohen, Nilsson Guzman from sales and Bob, Steve from service are exception people. Specifically calling out Dan and Bob, as they could smoothen the sales and unintended service processes and making it hassle-free fro me. Will recommend this dealership to everyone and will go back again and again. More

Patient and willing to answer questions. We did not feel rushed to make a decision and came back several times. Each time our questions and concerns were answered in a frank open manner. We decided on a new Forester and needed help getting acclimated to all the bells and whistles. Our salesman, John Clarke, was informative and helpful. We are going to be going back on the third Thursday each month to the classes that this dealership provides to improve our skills using our new car. More
