I took my 2016 Toyota 4-Runner to Sierra Toyota for servicing this morning, 8 August 2024. The staff I encountered was so helpful and extra polite. Everyone who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. I did not have a long wait plus I am grateful to Carlos Herrera, Adam Valencia and Steven Vanatta for their excellent customer service. Steven, you should be a teacher because even though I am a 70+ grandmother, I understood your lesson you gave me about using the Navigation system on my Toyota! And thank for your business card in case I should have future questions. Also thanks to the gentleman in the parts department and to the lady at the payment window who were also so very nice (sorry I didn't get your names). I look forward to seeing all of you in the future. More
