Rare to find a car dealership of this quality, from the top down. Some examples: Andrew (service) who doggedly stayed late and came in Saturday to successfully track down a stubbornly evasive electronics p top down. Mark (service) who skillfully juggled service appointments to have our car fixed sooner (and for MUCH less) than we expected. Daniel (parts) who always takes the time to make sure it's right. Marvin (sales) who took nearly an hour to show us how everything worked on our new car--even programming the BlueTooth connection for our cell phone into the audio system before we left the lot. Lynn (sales) who made our vehicle trade effortless. And Scott (business) who made the offer on our used car for more than we had even hoped for. We've been coming back over and over again to Sierra Toyota since 1997 because the team they've built (and kept) reflects their commitment to a high standard of good business ethics, professionalism in whatever department you're dealing with, and excellent customer care. Staff was professional,on time and cheerful! Service was performed and explained plus a safety check of other functions was added at no cost as they knew I was going on a trip in a few days.
