I had a similar experience with Roy who showed me how to operate the car with all the new technology so graciously and very funny. Great staff. My sales person Greg Russo was a very patient man. When the car did not arrive when promised he patiently tried to find out the alternate delivery dates. He was right there tracking the delivery date if the car and notified me as soon as it arrive five months later. Good staff. Sometimes frustrating because of the delivery delay but I am glad I stuck it out. More
