I just leased an Outback, and both my daughter and wife have also recently leased a Cross Trek and Imprezza in the last six months. Everyone who helped us was incredible from the manager Nelson, Patrick, Business Manager Rich Johnson, Sales Associate Robyn and Service Advisor Daniel Gomes. All of these Brewster Subaru people helped with every detail, were professional and knowledgeable, were genuine, pleasant to deal with, and just made my family and I feel valued and very happy we chose this dealership!!! There was no pressure at any time to make any decisions and couldn't be more satisfied with this and the last two experiences. I have and definitely will continue to recommend Brewster Subaru to my family, friends and anyone I know who is interested in Subarus or a great place to do business. In addition I want to mention how pleased we are with the service department too. Daniel Gomes has been so helpful and always goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of. We left our car there for the day to diagnose a problem. We had to call at the end of the day to find out that they hadn't looked at it yet. Same thing the second day. At the end of the THIRD day Brewster S We had to call at the end of the day to find out that they hadn't looked at it yet. Same thing the second day. At the end of the THIRD day Brewster Subaru had the car, we called and got an estimate for thousands of dollars in work to rebuild the engine, among other recommendations. We told Danny that we would hold off. (It's an older vehicle and we wanted time to consider whether to invest that much into the vehicle.) When we picked up the car, the service tech, Danny Gomes, literally tossed the bill at me across the counter. He was clearly upset that we weren't having the recommended work done. We were upset that we had to leave and do without the car for three days just to get an estimate. Between receiving the emailed estimate and picking up the car, the oil change had more than doubled in price. We'll never go back to Brewster Subaru. More
