This has been as thorough as I’ve had in my experience of buying a new car. My time with Darla was a follow-up to my time with Mike Henry and I now feel I understand my new Crosstrek. We purchased a 2025 Subaru Cross Trek for my wife and the whole process went extremely well. Our sales rep Mike Henry was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would like to add last year I purchased a new Cross Trek Wilderness edition and Mike was my sales rep, so I was so impressed we requested him for the 2025 transaction as well. Kevin in finance was very professional, and courteous. Darla Muckley was extremely helpful in giving my wife her tech orientation on the 2025 Cross Trek and a great tutor for my spouse. Ive been in several times for service on my 2024 Wilderness Cross Trek, both Eric and Victorino have greeted me personally and efficiently, with same for service very good. Cleanest most welcoming dealership I've had in 40 years of buying cars. Thats why we have two new Subarus in our driveway. They are rated the highest in safety and my puppy Miya is welcome to be with me in the waiting area, dog friendly too. More
