Service Department has done very well for me, too. They cured my unfortunately rodent chewed wiring last year and the car works well. Errol Rule, with the Rental Car part of Handy's, a man of few words and a good listener, adeptly, confidently processed my short time use of a car while mine was being repaired, and gave opinion and advice when I asked. In January, Darren Callan from Service Department efficiently processed my 12 mo/10k milage check-up. He listened respectfully, answered my questions, gave answers and advice when I asked. Most recently, Naim Qubrosi in the Service Department helped me navigate some warranty and maintenance work on the Prius. When I expressed dismay about replacing a damaged part, he investigated further and found it would be covered under warranty. I appreciated that! Naim kept me informed, he answered my questions, gave advice when I asked. He was respectful, polite, helpful. All good. More
